Les thèmes sylvestres et floraux si chers à Damián sont pour la première fois mis entre parenthèses sur Leave, album qui met l'accent sur un paysage urbain. Son post-black metal dépressif si poignant demeure intact — comment rester de marbre face au piano qui introduit "Te amé" ou au gigantesque "Encontrarnos" ? — mais l'artificiel entre désormais en jeu avec des chœurs au synthé ("_____") et de l'electronica ("To stay"). La voix de Damián, distante, se perd dans la ville — une solitude extrême. Jordan Vauvert
