——From this year onwards, a tracking number and inquiry location will be provided upon the dispatch of your order. Please kindly check for updates whenever it is convenient for you. If the tracking information shows that your order was delivered, we will not be able to take responsibilities for any damage caused during the transit, and the loss due to the order not being correctly directed to you via your local postal services.

——Please read your tracking information very carefully in order to check for in-time updates. Please be informed that the order tracking status will normally become available in 1-2 weeks of receiving tracking number. So be patient and do not worry if you do not see the postal status of your order.

——Due to the impact of COVID-19 on global logistics, it is expected that deliveries are taking longer than usual. Please do not forget to check your tracking status in time to avoid unnecessary errors during the transit. In addition, please be advised that following countries may experience longer delays (we are unable to dispatch at the time of posting this update):

Territories of the US, Norway, Israel, Africa;

Please be aware of the current situation when placing an order if you are from the regions mentioned above. Patience is much appreciated if you do not mind waiting. We shall dispatch as soon as we are allowed to.

——Customers from Hong Kong, please write your personal information in Chinese language ( Chinese or English language in Name). Customers from Taiwan are required to provide your identity document number and the information in Chinese language.

——Please make sure your delivery address, post code, and very significantly, mobile or landline number, are clearly provided with no error. We can still ship your order without a phone number, but cannot take any responsibilities if the order gets lost resulted from the lack of this information.

——If the tracking number is not valid and the status appears to be blank, or the tracking information is apparently problematic (e.g. no update, two-month interruption), we may consider taking full responsibility by re-sending your order at no additional cost or full refund of the original amount paid.

——In case your order is returned to us, despite of no errors made during the postal process, we may re-post your order as long as the items are not damaged and remain its original condition. Additional postage will incur. The order may be deemed invalid or cancelled if required postage is not paid. And, refund and re-post will not be considered.

——Owing to the large amount of workload and the current restrictions caused by various factors, we apologise for the likely delay of responding to any email inquiries regarding the postal issues of orders. Please also be informed that after three months of dispatching your order i.e. providing tracking details, we shall not deal with any post-service issues as our obligations are considered to have been fulfilled, unless very good reasons are provided.
