An adventure to a beautiful landscape dominated by green and blue hues of chilling humidity and natural beauty. A blast of the freshest air on the planet fills your lungs as Vallendusk caresses your eardrums.
Favorite track: To Wander and Beyond.
That folk intro that turns into an atmospheric walk through black metal's finest forest guided by Vallendusk's cold and lonely screams. The musicianship on that album is outstanding!
Favorite track: Fragments of Light.
One year after releasing their debut EP, Vallendusk, Folk/Atmospheric Black Metal from Indonesia come back with their highly-anticipated full-length, 7 new tracks of epic and brightness, come and bathed in the fragment of light falling from Realms of The Elder!

It's rare that an album hits me so personally. I come from a family of multiple generations of coal miners, and some of which were involved in the Coal Wars and the protests. Also, as a folk and blackmetal fan, the album feels almost as if it was made for me personally, as a love letter to my family before me, and everyone who lived and struggled in the Appalachian mines. Incredible, beautiful, and special record like none other. calibercross
